The Principle can be compared to creating team culture.
A team of individuals work together when grounded on a shared base.
This is both a good thing and a bad thing. As leaders we all want individuals working together, achieving a common goal.
But there are times when we only grow when individuals are allowed to be unique. Teams need to accept outliers, and randoms, to challenge the status quo. So, sometimes, it can be good to remove the base and set the individuals off at random again.
