The value of sharing an update with your audience with a short video should never be underestimated.

These videos don’t have to be super slick, but I’ve found that a bit of animation and movement helps show the message. The video often gets shared around and so more people get the message.

The video need only be 2 minutes long. And the video must tell a story, with characters. There are always opportunities to include a bit of humour. Especially if you can incorporate a character that imitates the author.
